Hotel overlooked city and the room was fashionable and big size. All staff were affable and very kind, ensured our stay was great. We enjoyed the room, the bed was comfy. The café was good for breakfasts. The property had a marvellous location within short walking distance to Ala Napoleonica. Everything here was perfect, we would love to stay here again...

The rooms were fashionable & cozy. The food was amazing at the café. Stunning location and really kind staff were a definite plus. Found a place called El Magazen, set not very far from the hotel, ate there a few times.

Amicable staff and reasonably large rooms, we had a such great experience. Loved central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a fridge in the room. The hotel's location was good by the canal. San Marco district was worth staying in.

Had central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a refrigerator in my extremely spacious room. Private bathroom. The location was stunning, really close to San Marco and the Rialto Bridge, and the smaller canals.

Stayed at this fancy place. Lots of attractions nearby. Airport shuttle was a plus. Breakfast was continental and shopping was fun. Got to check-in with my lovely children. Managed by a pro. City center location.

Oh, and who doesn't love renovation noises while entering the hotel? So soothing.

It was a deluxe hotel with absolutely fabulous rooms and efficient staff. There were central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a refrigerator in the room, greatly enjoyed that. The location offered was good right by San Marco, and St Mark's Square.

We got great value for our money at Simon's Secret, with a spacious and clean room that exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, with popular tourist spots within walking distance, and Simon was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay.

The bathroom was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities I needed, and I appreciated the extra pillows and blankets provided for added comfort. Despite not having a great view, I could catch glimpses of gondolas passing by the canal near the hotel entrance, adding to the Venetian atmosphere. Simon, the owner, was incredibly helpful and considerate, even picking us up from the water bus stop and ensuring we didn't get lost in Venice. The hotel's central location made it easy to access major tourist spots within just a few minutes' walk, and Simon's restaurant recommendations helped us avoid tourist traps. I will definitely be returning to this amazing place, as two nights in Venice was not enough time to fully explore. One helpful tip is to consider purchasing a travel pass to save on transportation costs, as they can add up quickly in Venice. I highly recommend this place for its location, cleanliness, and the exceptional service provided by Simon. Until we meet again!
